Key Responsibilities:
• Recording financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Reviewing and verifying invoices and payment certificates, ensuring they match with contractors’ agreements.
• Reconciling accounts with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Preparing financial reports for clients and suppliers.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
