Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with existing qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM with detailed and accurate records of lead interactions.
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our services.
- Arrange and schedule meetings with clients to present product/service demos.
- conduct thorough research to understand clients' needs and requirements.
- Present product/service demos tailored to the specific needs of the clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Address client queries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client meetings, and lead status.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to understand and respond to clients' needs effectively.Proficiency in CRM softwareStrong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
