SAPAQ is currently looking for a #B2B_Sales_Manager to join & Leading a team to work together to achieve glory.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our B2B e-commerce customer base.
-Leverage sales data and analytics to identify sales opportunities, optimize sales processes, and measure team performance.
-Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement sales tools and technologies that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
-Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, generate high-quality leads, and optimize lead conversion rates.
-Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to drive sales excellence.
-Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline management, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
-Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
-Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
-Experience working closely with technical and marketing teams to achieve sales goals.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights.
-Proficiency in sales CRM software and sales analytics tools.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
Working Conditions :
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including 1 hr break)
Fridays are off.
Location:#Mansoura #on_site
Salary + commissions.
