Responsibilities
- Project management report development.
- Participate in reviewing site correspondences and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents.
- Attend and prepare minutes of progress and follow up meetings
- Maintain project information systems including information accumulation and reporting.
- Proper operation of the Project Execution Plan.
- Periodic preparation and processing of various types of reports, presentations (site, weekly, monthly, top management … etc.).
- Provide review comments on the contractors’ as-planned CPM schedule and confirm CPM format, scope of work, cost loading, incorporation of any phasing requirements, logical construction sequencing and adequate staffing resources.
- When needed, rectify the contractors’ time schedule and/or prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
- Prepare and distribute a monthly report that will show the progress and status of the key schedule milestones and forecasting any potential delays
- Develop a time scaled master schedule containing key milestones and identifying the critical path activities
- Monitor construction schedules
- Review the general contractor’s schedule of values and prepare a cash flow analysis to ensure that construction costs are properly distributed for the specific activities.
- Maintain communication with all Project’s stakeholders (internal and external).
- Report work agreement status versus the plan for cost, schedule, and performance criteria, including progress and problems in monthly project team meetings.
- Assess any time related claims and prepare relevant explanation narrative reports and presentation for Client review
Qualifications
Bachelor University degree of Engineering
+10 years experience
Previous Experience in Roads and Mixed-use projects is a MUST
