Job Description
1. Participate in establishing and optimizing cost accounting system, work flow and accounting processing methods, and assist in formulating and implementing cost accounting implementation rules.
2. Track, collect and organize all relevant documents for each batch of goods, including commercial invoices, customs clearance documents, expense documents, detailed calculation list of tariffs, detailed calculation list of resource development tax, reconciliation documents, etc., to ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the cost information of each batch of goods. This task may involve frequent visits to banks, customs or airports
3. Responsible for entering all import cost documents into the ERP system, and participate in the system inventory cost accounting work at the end of the period.
4. Participate in regular inventory counts.
5. Organize and archive all documents for each batch of goods, including paper files and electronic files
