We are hiring “GL Accountant Specialist” as per the below criteria;
- Job Qualifications & Skills:
. Bachelors degree in Commerce.
. 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
. Good in English language verbal and written.
. Good knowledge of advanced Excel and any related computer applications.
. Good knowledge of (SAP) applications.
. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
. High level of communication skills is needed.
. Ability to work extended hours under pressure.
- Job Responsibilities:
. Collaborating with Support function departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
. Prepare the payment of all Assets & HQ Expenses Invoices.
. Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
. Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting.
. Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.
. Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
. Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
. Book all Invoices on the system after doing the needful matching (prices & quantities).
. Communicating with the central Procurement in case there is any problem.
. Collecting & booking all direct invoices.
. Keeping the filling of this section organized.
