- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, customer service aptitude, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leaders.
- Assist in the selection process by evaluating candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
