- In this job, we're looking for a highly motivated individual who will take care of the Branch Management activities, someone who will be the shining face of our vision, the integration point between education & operations, and the backbone of our smooth operational success.
Responsibilities:Supervise/oversee all activities related to Operations, Communication, and Coordination externally with customers or internally between different units.Representing Top Management in all handlings with Customers, Vendors, Suppliers or Government entities.Smoothly utilize the existing Financial and Operational tools used for tracking customer payments / staff attendance / course timetables…etc.Conduct required weekly audit activities on payments and collections.Track and manage new customer onboarding processes.Oversee class compensations and ensure timely payments.Handle customer service in the office, addressing and resolving issues raised by parents or customers efficiently, professionally and promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.Handle all HR-related tasks for office employees, including managing work schedules, tracking hours, vacations, interviews, complaints, and monitoring extra hours.Oversee the maintenance (IT or non-IT) and representable condition of the facility.Availing and monitoring monthly budgets for office supplies.Supervise/oversee quality calls to ensure customer satisfaction.Track and analyze churn rates, implementing strategies to improve retentionMonitor day-to-day expenses to ensure proper financial controlManage from end-to-end the branch's internal monthly orientation event for new prospects.Conduct recurring business review meetings to with Board to report status and insights.What we are looking for:You have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing/operations/branch management role.You have a higher education degreeYou are a great communicator (preferably in both Arabic and English), and love taking the initiative in resolving any challenging situations.You're good at Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).You are a problem solver.And you have a shiny smile! :)You will even be a greater fit if:Your operations/branch management experience includes working in an educational/training establishment, and are familiar with the day-to-day communication requirements with parents of young students.What we offer:A chance to help with a venture that aims to set up our kids for building great things in the future, in a healthy environment where you will be able to be yourself and have fun while doing it!A dream that you will grow with across the Middle East, or even the World!A culture that encourages and helps with growth and personal development.A location in the heart of Alexandria, 10 minutes walk from the heart of Downtown.A competitive salary that grows as we grow togetherSocial and Medical InsuranceA very positive, supportive, and welcoming company culture + family.You'll be a member of our founding team, aimed to lead and help create the regional team that will establish a future vision that spans across the MENA region.
