- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies for open positions.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online recruiting tools, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist the most qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews .
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and provide timely updates.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
1-3 years of Experience as a Recruiter preferably experience in Blue-collar recruitment.Bachelor's degree Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.Strong understanding of the Recruitment process, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview strategies.Excellent time Management and Organizational skills.Very good for both spoken and written English proficiency.
