- Reviewing the final delivery dates for relevant products with the sales department according to suppliers’ orders, on a weekly basis to develop and update the weekly/monthly production plan.
- Setting a materials plan with the materials planning engineer to ensure the availability of critical materials and issue any required purchase orders.
- Reviewing the dates of delivery of raw materials with the supply chain department on a weekly basis to implement and update the weekly/monthly production plan.
- Develop a weekly/monthly production plan, and approve it from the plant director.
- Following up on the implementation of the weekly/monthly production plan, on a daily basis, and discuss any shortcomings with the production manager.
- Ensure that all data received from the production department conforms due to the weekly/monthly plan.
- Analyzing data received from the production department regarding the implementation of the weekly/monthly plan, and submitting weekly reports to the plant director.
- Analyzing the reasons of not implementing the weekly/monthly plan, discussing them with the relevant departments, and providing solutions and suggestions to prevent them from recurring.
- Study schedule sequence alternatives with the production manager to reach optimal efficiency and reduce loss time.
- Supervising the team in the department, and following up their ongoing training to raise their performance and achieving goals.
- Setting goals for each individual employee in the department due to the company’s strategic objectives.
- Follow HSE policies and ISO procedures.
Bachelor degree of Engineering.14+ years of experience in the same field.Very good knowledge of all MS.
