- Receiving applications for admission and verifying their compliance with the university’s admission requirements.
- Registering applicants’ data and verifying their agreement with the university’s admission requirements ·
- Register applicants’ data on the database and create the necessary records for students.
- Follow up on applicants through the website and communicate with them to complete admission and registration procedures.
- Issuing ID cards to applicants.
- Preparing the necessary reports, statistics and data about students to internal and external entities.
- Communicate and coordinate with government offices regarding students, if necessary, such as (Admission and Coordination Office - Military Liaison Office...).
- Writing, approving and delivering the certificates required upon students’ requests.
- Administrative tasks assigned by the direct manager that are related to his specialty.
Bachelor’s degree.1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or customer service, preferably in an educational institution.Very good Microsoft office knowledge.Very good command in English.Knowledge of public relations principles and the ability to communicate and persuade.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to multi task.Presentable.
