  • Set standards and controls to ensure the supplier's ability to meet the technical specifications of products and processes.
  • Develop suppliers' performance through continuous improvement of methods used in production and quality processes.
  • Establish escalation methods in case of unresolved issues by the suppliers.
  • Prepare periodic reports for the Quality Management Department Manager and provides support to the engineers and technicians in the department.
  • Follow up on improvement plans and corrective actions related to products and suppliers.
  • Prepare monthly reports to monitor the results of after-sales service, evaluate suppliers, and the corrective actions taken.
  • Monitor improvement plans for products and suppliers, ensuring the enhancement of the supplier's and products manufacturing quality.
  • Take necessary measures to reduce the rates of failures, replacements, and returns according to the specified and approved ratios by the department manager, based on the previous year's achieved ratios and the industry-standard market rates.
  • Increase the performance rate of the work team technically and skillfully through good training and planning.
  • Participates in the preparation and development of the work method for Ultra Quality Assurance Management.

 


 A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in either production or chemical disciplines, with a focus on Quality Control.Possessing over 5 years of hands-on experience working in a similar quality control role, successfully implementing quality control methodologies and continuously improving processes to enhance overall product/service quality.Demonstrating a deep understanding of quality control methodologies, standards, and regulations, enabling effective identification and resolution of quality-related issues, while adhering to industry best practices.Preferably holding ISO Systems and Six Sigma Programs certifications, indicating a strong commitment to maintaining and advancing quality control practices.Exhibiting exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating open dialogue, and building strong professional relationships
