Responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring that equipment, machinery, and other assets are regularly maintained to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
- Overseeing the installation and set-up of new manufacturing equipment.
- Developing maintenance and spare parts plans for new or existing equipment.
- Monitoring the implementation of maintenance plans of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyzing equipment downtime and failure to optimize planned maintenance frequencies and activities.
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Monitoring the inventory of spare parts and cooperating with the Procurement team to identify the spare parts needed to execute the maintenance plan on time.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.
- Reading, understanding, and working with drawings, and service/repair manuals.
- Writing manuals to help machine Operators use their machines and overseeing them.
- Ensuring machines operate within precise specifications, maintaining products quality.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Familiarity with CAD and other mechanical design software.Experience needed: 0-2 yearsGood Communication and Teamwork abilities.
