- Serve as a quality expert to medical and support service staff in Medication management & use cycle
- Identify medication-related problems that impact on the delivery of quality patient care
- Create, update and follow up the implement of policies and procedures of medication management
- Collect and analyze medication management data and validate it to generate KPIs reports
- Initiate and follow up improvement projects of medication management and use
- Audit the whole cycle of medication management:
- Planning of medication needs in coordination with (Pharmacy, MTM, WH)
- Training and Orientation for the new comers - Purchasing cycle
- Storage conditioning
- Ordering
- Reviewing and Prescription checking
- Drug Dispensing, Preparation, administration and monitoring
- Medication Management Cycle evaluation
- Ensure healthcare providers commitment and compliance with MDU policies and procedures
BC. Degree in Pharmacy Certified in TQM or CPHQ or MQMWorking knowledge of healthcare quality, utilization review and related risk management processes application to various pharmacy committees and department/service activities. Responsible for own professional growth beyond minimum preparation.Must have integrity, initiative, evidence of good health and grooming, good moral character and right conduct, strong and pleasing personalityParticipates actively in organization-wide activities without hesitance or personal reservation. Can adapt to unusual job-related circumstances. Works effectively under stressful condition. Willing to work extended hours to attend to emergency cases.
