We are Interpac Flute Paper and Test Liner Manufacturing Company, looking for a Senior Engineer for electrical maintenance to perform the following tasks

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Electrical section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
• Organize and control an efficient Electrical engineering workshop including the management of Technicians and Workers.
• Scheduling the work on a daily basis to the Electrical Technicians.
• Participate in preparing annual Electrical maintenance plans to make the best use of resources
• Plan, control and organize the planned preventative and corrective Electrical maintenance on the plant and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety.
• Follow up the progression and inspection process of [Installation – Repair – Fabrication] to ensure the efficient and effective performance of mechanical plant and machinery, ensuring remedial work is undertaken to prevent failure/loss (Breakdowns) of the plant and equipment
• Supervise unplanned work resulting from breakdown and emergencies, making sure they are dealt with in efficient manner by prioritizing as required for the provision of a 24 hour callout service.
• Responsible for major installation or maintenance projects, leading the team of engineers and Technicians assigned to the task.
• Follow up and analyze the downtimes and solve them quickly
• Supervise the administration of the Electrical workshop. Ensure all log books and departmental records are effectively maintained to enable stock control, ordering of parts on system and all other workshop functions operate efficiently.
• Implementing 5S program to meet the company requirements.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual transport statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancements for discussion with production heads.
• Work within the Workshop on a regular basis, to retain/update Electrical skills & knowledge. Be prepared to step and assist Electrical Technicians in times of emergencies & undertake on the job training with Electrical Technicians should it be required.
• Achieve operational objectives by contributing Electrical engineering information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, and quality, standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining administrative system improvements; implementing change.
• Oversees in trouble-shooting complex Electrical problems and failures by working closely with his team whenever required.
• Issues reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem.
• Assists Purchase Department in specification of items for purchase, spare parts details and other day-to-day jobs, as and when required.
• Participating in Electrical plans by studying operational plans; studying existing conditions; determining needs to accomplish operational plans; mapping solutions; updating and modifying requirements and solutions; preparing cost estimates and budgets.
• Make and follow the required Electrical (Local/Foreign) PRs on system for all the machines to avoid any suddenly stop accordance with the factory procedures
