- Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach German language and culture following a curriculum that aligns with our Montessori and British-based educational philosophy, adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Student Engagement: Foster a classroom environment that encourages language immersion, cultural appreciation, and active participation from students.
- Assessment: Design and implement assessments to monitor and support student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance language acquisition.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an organized and disciplined classroom atmosphere that supports language learning while adhering to school policies.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest trends in language education and best practices.
