- Serve as the first point of contact for community members, disseminating information on academic points and enrollment processes.
- Provide all relevant information to students and community members, including activities, classes, and testing dates.
- Track student progress using multiple methods and tools.
- Assist students with information about online services, including the student portal and online class processes.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures to enhance student services.
- Report suspicious or unusual behavior and situations to the appropriate staff or authority.
- Conduct business professionally and ethically, adhering to core values of integrity, diversity, empowerment, service, learning, and collaboration
- Ensure all activities comply with established policies and guidelines.
Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of related experience.Excellent interpersonal skills relating effectively with students, and parents.Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-driven mentality.Customer-focused with excellent computer literacy, including MS Office skills.Ability to multitask and work with various tools and systems simultaneously.Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing priorities and business processes.Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
