Treasury Accountant at Al Hayat Capital

Job DescriptionRegularly reconciling the companys bank statements with its financial records to ensure accuracy.Track and record all bank-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bank charges.Assist in internal audits by providing bank-related information and ensuring all bank transactions comply with internal policies.Oversee the receipt, handling, and disbursement of cash in the branchess cash office or cashier area.Balance cash on hand at the end of each day with the records in the accounting system, ensuring no discrepancies.Manage the companys petty cash fund, including disbursing funds, maintaining records of transactions, and replenishing the fund as needed.Prepare and make regular deposits to the companys bank accounts, ensuring that all cash collected is safely and promptly deposited.Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on cash flow, cash on hand, and other cash-related activities for management.Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting Experience 1 to 3 yearsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsExperience with general ledger functionsExperience in Medical is A PLUS Experience Saudi & Gulf Market is PLUS
