Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at AME Head-Office located in Nasr City. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, handling communication with internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing office administration tasks.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily Head-Office cars & drivers movementReceive and answer daily calls, messages and emails from AME customersHandle customers complaints & follow up customer satisfactionCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesCoordinate meetings and recording minutes of meetings Assist the Executive manager on daily tasksReservations for AME team abroad business trips & AME foreign visitors Keep & follow up the renewal of AME docs. & registersHelp in organizing AME events Supervise the services workers (office-boys & cleaners) Follow-up and prepare reports regarding the monthly training plansPrepare periodical reports on daily and weekly basisJob RequirementsBSc in Business administration or relevant field0-2 years of experience as office admin or secretaryExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Fluent English Administrative Assistance, Office Administration, and Customer Service skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks efficientlyKnowledge of basic administrative processes and proceduresApply Now
