  • Handle End to End recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements through all Recruitment channels.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified pool of talents to guarantee filling vacancies on time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regular reports.
  •  Prepare and updating employee files.
  • Prepare and follows up on all insurance forms (1, 6, Etc.).
  • Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice.

BSc/MSc in Business administration, Human Resources or relevant field.Human Resources Diploma is a plus.4+ Years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist (Especially in Recruitment and Personnel tasks).Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.Familiarity with full cycle of recruitment.Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf …. etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent Computer & MS Office skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent command of the English.
