JOB TITLE
Learning Experience Designer | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital

ROLE SUMMARY
The role holder will be responsible for designing, digitizing, and developing engaging and compelling eLearning solutions by working with subject matter experts to cater to the target audience development needs. He/She applies creative design theories, practice, and media for the learners to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. In collaboration with the learning and development Manager, and digital content team members, this role is expected to develop digital learning journeys to meet the organization learning needs.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support the organization by designing and developing creative e-learning solutions by integrating material provided by subject matter experts and/or content creators.
• Effectively design engaging learning activities, assignments, and assessments aligned with the content to enhance the learning initiatives.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to develop engaging and effective e-learning solutions.
• Use e-learning authoring tools to build online learning experiences that include assessments, interactive activities, animated videos, graphics, images, and text-based content.
• Formulate creative solutions by creating supporting material/media (Audio, Video, Simulations, Role Plays, Games, Etc.) to complement content and engage audience interacting with the learning material.
• Engage with stakeholders to effectively identify learning objectives and agree on projects’ deliverables and timelines.
• Apply and follow Majid Al Futtaim’s branding guidelines and relevant procedures and instructions in the content creation process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education technology or any related field.
• 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in instructional design models, such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile.
• Proficiency in digital authoring skills such as Story line, Vyond, Camtasia, or any similar software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• E-Learning storyboarding.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Autonomous, team player, and agile.
• The ability to challenge with kindness, simplify and prioritize, and work with collective accountability.
