This Position requires Management of company Total Trade Spend planning, payment, and closure.
A day in the life of a Sales Support Specialist:
- Track and Review contracts between Nestle and its customers and ensure that all contracts are valid and stored in the designated shared folders.
- Manage the entire process of Total Trade Spend Accruals, including both contractual and promotional agreements.
- Work closely with the CFO, GBM, Channel Managers, and Cluster Finance Heads to review and authorize daily customer payments and reversals in accordance with agreement terms, ensuring compliance by collecting and verifying all necessary documentation to prevent any disputes with customers from becoming overdue.
- Responsible for accuracy of accruals booking through conducting monthly health-checks reconciling expected vs actual accruals to have an accurate impact on company P&L.
- Responsible on clearing customer accounts in collaboration with C&D and Payment Application teams to resolve TTS related disputes with customers.
- Analyze the reasons of differences between Customer Deduction and Nestle Payment and taking corrective actions accordingly to ensure accurate reconciliation between accounts informing market stakeholders.
- Continuous collaboration and follow-ups to resolve business issues with internal stakeholders through benchmarking other centers to rollout initiatives and adopting best practices.
- Lead on Conducting Weekly Operation Reviews with Sales Team and Sales Analytics & Support team to follow up on E2E Sales Support operational KPIs.
- Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable top management to monitor day-to-day sales operations.
- Setting the Sales Targets per category in collaboration with CDT and Business Unit ensuring Distributors /Sales Team adherence to monthly Sales Plan.
- Prepare all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings by setting direction, building coordination with planning and taking minutes of meeting.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in: Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
- 1-4 years of experience in relevant field.
- Full proficiency in English language skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft tools (Excel is a must).
- Knowledge in Power BI and/or Power automate is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- High Problem-Solving Skills.
