Client relationship manager Medical insurance

Job Summary:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new clients in the medical insurance sector.

Ensure client satisfaction and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to align services with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Serve as the primary contact and resolve client issues.

Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Present proposals and collaborate with sales to close deals.

Insurance Policy Management:

Assist clients in choosing suitable medical insurance plans.

Provide updates on policies and ensure accurate documentation.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work with underwriters and claims specialists to ensure service delivery.

Communicate client feedback for product improvement.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed client records and prepare satisfaction reports.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in medical insurance.

Strong knowledge of medical insurance, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
