IT Specialist

The Junior IT Specialist will focus on supporting and managing the Salesbuzz system, requiring a bachelor's in IT or related field, IT support experience, SQL skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Main tasks include troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support, with a need for effective communication and the capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Travel for on-site support may be necessary. He will service two sites in New Cairo and 10th Ramadan City.

  • Salesbuzz Administration and Maintenance; Serve as the principal point of contact for all Salesbuzzr elated inquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues
  • Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, documenting all solutions and escalating complex issues as necessary
  • Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of master data related to distributors in Salesbuzz, including definitions for warehouses, distributors, employees, users, and promotions
  • Design and conduct targeted training sessions for staff, aimed at enhancing proficiency and efficiency in using Salesbuzz
  • General IT Support On-Site and at Distributor Sites
  • Deliver comprehensive IT support, encompassing both hardware and software troubleshooting, across the company’s main and distributor sites as required
  • Ensure the reliability and efficiency of IT operations at all locations, rapidly addressing any issues to minimize operational disruptions
  • Engage proactively with external IT vendors or partners to effectively address and resolve site-specific IT challenges
