Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Sales Manager at Intelligent Power Solutions (IPS) located in Ismailia. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales goals, analyzing data to improve sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Leadership skills
- Experience in setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and developing sales strategies
- Customer Relationship Management and Forecasting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Ismailia
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
