Job Description:

• Supervise the site in accordance with project specifications, method statements, approved construction drawings and instructions given by PM/CM.
• Supervise the activities of contractors according to his assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Follow up on all quality issues including dealing with Consultants & Contractors to maintain the level of quality needed for delivery according to the project’s specs.
• Follow up on the contractor's commitment for implementation of safety & security at the project as per SODIC safety Manual and approved safety plan.
• Follow up on the master schedule.
• Review the resources, materials, equipment/tool and provide the solution to deal with any delay to reach the deadline and goal.
• Prepare daily reports, detailed in a way to show quantities executed, allocated labor force, and locations as required, and submit it to the CM.
• Prepare project status report by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
• Handle all clients’ snags requested by Quality Control and / or Customer Service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
• 7-8 years of experience in relevant position.
• Strong technical background.
• Presentable with good communication skills.
• Responsible, result oriented, well organized.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office .
• Excellent command of AutoCAD.
