Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Achievement: Personally sell to existing and prospective exhibitors, hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire direct reports to improve performance.
-Account Management: Oversee client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
- On-Site Presence: Work on-site during events and in the run-up to shows.
- Strategy Implementation: Recommend and implement agreed-upon sales strategies.
- Revenue Targets: Deliver agreed-upon revenue targets by value and volume.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting of key statistics and forecasts.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise effectively with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure the event reaches its full potential.
- Business Development: Support the Event Manager in determining and executing business development strategies.
- Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Job Requirements:- Successful previous experience as a Sales Executive in the field of booths, interior design, and events is a MUST.- Minimum of 2-3 years in the same field.- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.- Strong business sense and industry expertise.- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
