- Handling phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Taking minutes of meeting, drawing an action plan and follow up with all parties to meet the deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for all departments.
- Following up on any booking of hotels or travel activities and making sure we have the best rates/services.
- Responsible of the ambiance and image of the office and meeting room (ex: Furniture , smell ,general cleanliness and Accessories………….etc.)
- Maintaining adequate inventory of the office supplies.
- Responsible of the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents and information in general.
- Set up and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Females only.Bachelor's degree.From 2 to 5 years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.Excellent command of English language.Proficient in MS Office.Integrity and confidentiality.Presentable.Excellent communication skills.
