- Works with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to Implement SAP HCM new functionalities modules.
- Oversee the technical development and delivery of the HCM module used across the organization.
- Facilitates the implementation and support of HCM solutions to enhance the client’s business functionality.
- Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions; identifies, interprets, validates, and documents HR sector requirements.
- Facilitates workshops to collect HR business requirements.
- Map HR business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy Human Resources needs.
- Designs, customizes, configures, and tests HCM modules.
- Identifies gaps, and issues, and works around solutions.
- Acted as HR liaison for troubleshooting: investigated, analyzed, and solved software problems.
- Handles changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the same field.3-4 years of SAP HCM experience.Certifications in HCM modules are a must.Preferably 1-2 SuccessFactors full life cycle multi-module implementations.Knowledge of the agile software development process.Deep understanding and hands-on implementation experience in the HCM module.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
