We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Supplier and Client Onboarding Specialist to join our B2B platform team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working outside the office to build strong business relationships. You will be responsible for expanding our network of manufacturers and suppliers, as well as bringing restaurants, cafes, and hotels onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Actively identify and meet with manufacturers and suppliers in our sector
- Onboard suppliers onto our platform, providing training and support to ensure they can effectively manage their product listings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they can meet client demands.
- Close deals with suppliers , and close negotiations for the comissions.
Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Identify and meet with potential clients in the HORECA sector.
- Present and demonstrate the platform’s benefits, converting leads into active users.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience on the platform.
Coordination & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact between suppliers and clients, resolving issues and facilitating communication.
- Monitor transactions to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction.
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or supplier onboarding.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Comfortable with working out of the office, doing cold calls, online research and in-person meetings with potential suppliers and clients.Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.The work requires someone who is eager to learn working in different domains in a startup company
