- Review projects’ BOQs and calculating quantities.
- Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design consultant,
- to verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations.
- Responsible for the technical revision of all mechanical drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
- Reviewing MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
- Reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.
- Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
- Responsible for creating any required construction details.
- Responsible for responding to RFIs and site queries.
- Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering .Previous experience in real estate and construction. Previous of experience in technical office works.Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, Word and Excel are a must.Proven experience with technical drawings and details.Strong technical knowledge of structure & electro-mechanical design concepts and strong coordination skills.Knowledge of design standards, local codes and government regulations.
