- Assists/ participates in audits of the suppliers’ facilities.
- Performs shop survey of the suppliers’ facilities.
- Reviews supplier’s prepared documents in conformance with industry codes and standards, written procedures and specified requirements including quality control and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Completes the minimum supplier quality surveillance data sheet in the Material Requisition for Quotation (MRQ).
- Prepares project supplier quality surveillance plan for the assigned projects.
- Performs supplier quality surveillance activities and releases for shipment for complex engineered equipment.
- Supervises and monitors activities performed by Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineers.
- Ensures the full implementation of the Company manuals, procedures and departmental work instructions in accordance with the requirements of the Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management systems.
