Job Description
Oracle OM Consultant will provide expertise and knowledge in the Inventory, Order Management.
- Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement within Oracle EBS.
- Configure and maintain the Oracle EBS supply chain modules (e.g., Pricing, Order Management) to align with best practices and our specific business needs.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide valuable insights into Sales performance.
- Train and support end-users on using the Oracle EBS OM functionalities.
- Stay current on the latest trends and best practices related to Oracle EBS & Fusion OM.
- Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining/re-engineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
- Identify functionality gaps in Oracle OM EBS and build extensions for them.
- Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle OM EBS configuration and support.
- Responsible for configuring and maintaining OM approval hierarchies.
- Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase.
- Develops and documents Company's expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP.
Job RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of Oracle OM Core and advanced modules, including Pricing, OM.3-5 years of experience in Oracle OM implementation and consulting, with a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion OM.SQL & PLSQ background.Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Excellent Planning and communication skills.Good understanding of business and operational processes including Order Management.Oracle certification(s) in OM or related modules is highly desirable.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Oracle EBS projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
