We're Mkamin, a large trading company in Saudi Arabia that trades in The PVC-PTFE Textiles.
We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled, dynamic, results-driven & deeply experienced sales manager who really practically knows everything that's going on, in retail sales management to effectively run our retail sales operations and manage our offline sales teams in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia. We're looking for someone who's a proven real expert and who will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for Mkamin.

» Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients along with continually building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Managing & motivating our team(s) of sales representatives, including consistently following up with them & supervising their performance, and providing coaching & mentorship to help them reach their individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets while expanding existing customer accounts along with consistently analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Preparing detailed sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to track progress against set objectives, and identifying areas for improvement.
» Ideal Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 10+ years of proven retail sales leadership / management experience in either a sector that mainly targets building materials, OR in The PVC-PTFE Textile field OR in a similar field/industry like Curtains for example.- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing successful sales strategies to grow the active market share percentage.- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.- Deep team(s) leadership and employee(s) development & motivation experience and proven ability in making strategic decisions the right way at the right time.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with the sales representatives teams & The C-suite executives.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Already proficient in Top CRM software and sales reporting tools.& It's really vital for us that you already have many years of experience in this focused area AND in The Saudi Market.Kindly mention in full detail if you already have previous experience(s) doing the same for similar companies and in which sector(s) and if in Saudi Arabia, and we'd like to also know about the free & paid related sales & CRM platforms, tools & software that you already used to, and which ones you already have premium access to, if any.Also, kindly note that you must have Arabic as one of your spoken languages and that there will be a featured test project for the shortlisted candidates as a part of the hiring process.This is expected to start at an estimated period of 3 - 6 months contract and may turn into a long-term venture for the right talent, and the selected sales manager should be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia if not living there already.We hope you have a good idea of the requirements, and we would be happy to answer any further clarifying questions you may have.If you feel you are the talent that can confidently assist us at a cost-effective price, please get in touch.Looking forward to reviewing your good proposals,Thank You
