For FMCG Turkish multinational Company for candy products, experienced Supply chain manager is required to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage key supplier relationships.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory turnover to minimize carrying costs and avoid stockouts.
- Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to create accurate production schedules and ensure material availability.
- Logistics: Oversee transportation and warehousing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
Job Requirements:University degree, preferably in Engineering.More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management; procurement experience preferred.Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is preferred.Fluent in English.Proficient in SAP ERP.Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
