Job description:
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and balance sheets. These financial statements and balance sheets are essential for the company to understand its financial situation and make informed business decisions.
- Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
- Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and process them on an ongoing basis until they are submitted.
- Research and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Stay updated with changes in financial laws and regulations.
- Using accounting software and tools for efficient financial management SAP experience is preferable.
