  • Workforce Planning: Develops and implements staffing plans aligned with operational and export schedules to ensure adequate workforce availability.
  • Operational Management: Oversees daily operations, including sorting, packing, and shipping products according to specified standards.
  • Auxiliary Operations Management: Manages auxiliary operations such as storage, quality control, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Resource Planning: Plans and procures necessary equipment and supplies based on production and export plans, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Quality and Safety Compliance: Enforces quality and occupational safety standards, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Customer Specifications: Ensures all products meet customer specifications.
  • Quality Certification: Implements and maintains quality and food safety certifications, coordinating with the quality management department.
  • Hygiene Standards: Enforces food hygiene and personal hygiene standards, implementing monitoring systems to ensure full compliance.
  • Waste Management: Tracks and reduces waste, generating reports and statistical analyses.
  • Inventory Management: Reconciles production, export, and local sales quantities with incoming inventory, producing reports and statistical analyses.
  • Safety Equipment: Provides necessary safety equipment for employees, coordinating with the quality department.
  • Performance Management: Conducts performance evaluations for direct reports, reviews evaluations of subordinates in coordination with HR, and ensures timely and objective performance assessments.
  • Training and Development: Identifies training needs for the team, monitors the training plan, and coordinates with HR to develop all employees within the department.

In essence, this role is responsible for:
