نحن نبحث عن مسؤول إدارة علاقات العملاء بنظام الدوام الكامل للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
التواصل مع العملاء وتسجيل المكالمات.
تنفيذ مهام بيعية تتطلب مهارات الإقناع والتواصل الفعال.
تقديم تقارير دورية ومتابعة الجدول الزمني.
استخدام تطبيقات CRM والتطبيقات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
المتابعة الداخلية والخارجية لنقل متطلبات العملاء وضمان تنفيذها.
المتطلبات:
خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة علاقات العملاء.
مهارات استخدام تطبيقات CRM وغيرها من التطبيقات الهامة.
القدرة على التواصل بفعالية وإقناع العملاء.
سيكون المسؤول عن فهم ونقل متطلبات العملاء وضمان تنفيذها بالشكل المطلوب.
نتطلع لضم محترف قادر على تحقيق التوازن بين المتابعة الداخلية في الشركة والمتابعة مع العملاء لضمان تقديم خدمات متميزة.
