Work with the Financial Associate in the team to fulfil the below duties:
Develop and implement systems and procedures pertaining to your daily responsibilities
Drive productivity and profitability by identifying opportunities to streamline processes
Direct contact with suppliers and partner companies
Monitoring internal financial metrics and advising management as appropriate
Maintaining and developing financial records
General bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and processing expenses and payments
Creating management accounts and reports
Sending out daily financial updates
Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
Invoicing on behalf of the company and following up on payments
Working capital management and analysis
Paying regular bills for the company
Handling subsidiary accounts
