- Responsible for Blue Collars/white collars recruitment
- Post vacancies & screen CVs
- Conduct HR interview & arrange for the technical interview
- Negotiate offers with candidates
Bachelor degreeHR diploma is a must.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positionExcellent command of English.Facility management or construction Background is must.Excellent command with Microsoft Office ( Excel - Word).Experience in recruiting blue collars is mustExperience with engineering firms is a plus
