Digital Marketing Senior Manager

Job Purpose: 


The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives. the role will involve overseeing a team of digital marketing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and driving the overall online presence of the company. moreover, will be responsible for growing brand awareness, improving customer engagement, and maximizing ROI through effective digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more. 

Job Duties: 


 




  • Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Ensure strategies are data-driven and customer-centric.




  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.




  • Lead SEO and SEM strategies to enhance the company's search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and maximize paid search ROI. Stay current with the latest search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.




  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Ensure that KPIs are met or exceeded.




  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure the production of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.




  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Regularly review and adjust spend based on performance metrics.




  • Use data and research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends. Apply these insights to refine targeting strategies and improve customer engagement.




  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices. Recommend and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and effectiveness.




 


 

Skills

 



  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite).

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
