- Manage the relation with key customers and convey all their needs and concerns to the company.
- Raise the benchmark of performance of the team by adopting scientific methods in Customer management.
- Monitor credit of customers and payment on time.
- Ensure smooth operation between supply chain and distributors/customers.
- Monitor all field sales responsibilities e.g. competitor activities, sales performance, category performance, promotions, distribution, channel performance, etc…
