- Controls document changes.
- Ensures that documents are approved for adequacy, periodically reviewed and updated.
- Ensures the storage of records in a suitable environment to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Ensures that records are easily retrievable.
- Liaises with the department head that the corrective action resulted from any audit are implemented and incorporated into the quality or environmental management system.
- Works closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to meet external audit.
