Job specific responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partnerships. Serve as the main point of contact for partner organizations.
- • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to achieve and ensure company and the partnerships goals.
- Maximize and achieve sales revenue targets for each partnership.
- Manage, monitor, and follow day to day business transactions in the partner account to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, and handling partner’s needs on daily basis.
- Analyze and track account performance (GTV, Revenues and Contributions) through a business review PowerPoint on weekly basis.
- Perform regular visits to partners’ offices and meet them on a monthly basis.
- Analyze market trends and recommend corrective action.
- Perform any duties required from direct manager to achieve management plan.
- Provide required inputs for performance review meetings
Education:BC of Commerce / Business Administration degree required. Experience:Strong understanding of partnership management principles and practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, and presentations a must.Excellent sales skills of technology products and services.Telecom e payment aggregator background.Analytical mindset, comfortable analyzing data and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel / PPT3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably in the fintech industry.Time ManagementStrong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
