  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service center and manage a team of technicians
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any customer complaints or issues
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the service center
  • Maintain accurate records of service and repair work performed, inventory, and costs
  • Develop and manage budgets and maintain financial control over the service center
  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of service and repair work
  • Ensure that all technicians are properly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to perform their job duties

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is often preferredSeveral years of experience in a management role, preferably in a service center or related fieldStrong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and personnelKnowledge of industry regulations and standards, and experience with quality control proceduresExtensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance proceduresFamiliarity with automotive technology and industry trendsA background in automotive repair, either through education or experience as a technicianAbility to diagnose and repair vehicles and supervise technicians in doing soFamiliarity with automotive parts and inventory management.
