- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service center and manage a team of technicians
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any customer complaints or issues
- Implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the service center
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair work performed, inventory, and costs
- Develop and manage budgets and maintain financial control over the service center
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of service and repair work
- Ensure that all technicians are properly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to perform their job duties
