3 to 5+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree.Proven experience working as a BIM Draftsman in the construction industry.Proficiency in BIM software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and building systems.Solid understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve design conflicts.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
