Key Job Responsibilities:
* Using various channels to source for Saudi Arabian candidates.
* Partner with Hiring Managers with regards to staffing needs.
* Determine selection criteria with Line Managers.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
* Source potential candidates through online and offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, job boards)
* Bachelor's degree* Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role* Experience in KSA market is a must* Proficiency in MS Office.* Ability to maintain a candidate database for instant access to applicants when new positions open.
