Responsibilities:
- Have full knowledge of dental services.
- Provides excellent service education to clients.
- Developing database and maintaining a CRM.
- Retaining and growing existing business, and generating new business opportunities (including outdoor sales).
- Providing technical support and first-class customer service to new and existing customers.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Develop and execute clinic business plan.
- Sales leads follow-up.
- Deliver against key objectives set each quarter such as call rate.
- Schedule appointments between doctors and clients.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree of Business, technical, science or any medical college.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Ability to work very independently in a complex environment requiring “real time” judgment and discretion, strong analytical skills, common sense, decisiveness and assertiveness.Strong influence skills and ability to work cooperatively with others in a highly matrixed environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, Persuasion and negotiation skills, including well-honed public speaking, presentation and writing skills.A professional attitude and a passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive field.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
