- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports

Education/Experience/Skills RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.5-10 years of technical experience.Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory design, implementation and administration skills are requiredBackup & Disaster Recovery planning and implementation skills are requiredStrong background in networking (Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, network protocols, VPN. . .) is requiredNetwork storage (SAN, NAS, Backup) experience required.Experience working in an outsourced IT consulting environment is a plusstrong written and verbal communication skills.
