- Responsible for interview and hiring processes.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Participate in training and development activities.

- Responsible for OD activities , JDs, Succession plan, Career path , Polices & procedures
- Hands- on experience in performance appraisal.
- Responsible for inside training for new different items
- Launching promotions calendar & new product training aligned with line managers.
- Ensure that all staff are well trained and aware of all products & suggestive selling
- Participate in enhancing organization culture.
Bachelor Degree in business or any related field3-5 years of experience in Health care .HR Diploma/Certificate is a preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skills
